Boston-born, Mark Robert Michael Wahlberg (1971), better known as Mark Wahlberg is an American actor, producer, former model, and former rapper. He got recognition with his stage name Marky Mark, as a frontman of the group Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch. During the 90's, Wahlberg appeared in films such as Boogie Nights and Three Kings. Later, he starred in the drama The Perfect Storm, Planet of the Apes, The Italian Job, The Departed, The Other Guys, The Fighter, the comedy Ted, Lone Survivor, Pain & Gain, Transformers: Age of Extinction, Deepwater Horizon, and the thriller Patriots Day.
