Gladbeck born, Julian Draxler (1993) is an German professional soccer player who plays for French club Paris Saint-Germain and the Germany national football team. He debuted in Bundesliga for Schalke in 2011. He was sold to VfL Wolfsburg in 2015. In January 2017, he joined PSG. Julian won the 2014 FIFA World Cup, reached the semi-finals of UEFA Euro 2016 and captained Germany in the 2017 FIFA Confederations Cup win, where was awarded the Golden Ball trophy.
